Paper or plastic?

This is the very first lesson on this brand-new site!

It is based on a lovely movie I came across on youtube:

Please see this post that describes my approach to ALL lessons on this site .

I will also  post some teacher’s notes in a couple of days. So far, the  worksheet  can serve as a lesson plan since the procedure is very plain and transparent. Page 3 of the worksheet is optional and was intended for weaker students.

Lesson aims – discussion-based functions presentation/review/consolidation, guided to freer speaking, fluency, short creative writing, listening comprehension.

Student levels: pre-intermediate – advanced.

Class type – multi-level or mixed abilities.

Skills involved – all 4 skills.

Language foci – see tags.
